Hi This is video 03 from all from AllForBody101

 For people who do not know about us allforbody101, we are a online free weight training assistant here to help everyone with there problem's and questions to do with getting fit and bulking up. see description page for more (link at bottom).

 This is called the How To Do Clean Dead lift.

Another great challenging exercise, the more you increase the weight it will test your endurance and strength.Not one for everyone but it can be done if you have the appropriate weight for you, this can be a very dangerous exercise and many professional's have hurt there back or pulled them self's so take this one with caution.

We advise a weight that soot's you, not so heavy you are straining to lift the weight, you need a weight were you feel comfortable lifting up and also down and so that you can complete about 5-6 reps, and once reach muscle failure you will know you have done it correctly.

As shown in The Video below you put weight on either side of the dumbbell upto you how much place
your hands a shoulder width apart on the bar/pole and keep you back straight and legs slightly bent and lift up and down slowly till you reach muscle failure.

We also recommend that you wear some type of leather cloves for grip and protection and try to have a friend or family member watching over you remember this can be dangerous if you do not be careful.
